Working with the Integreat team has elevated our leadership team. The Integreat coaches work closely with my designated leadership team to foster growth and help them become a stronger leader, whether its professionally or personally. Our team recognizes that if you are not winning at home, you do not win at work. Our key objective with working with the Integreat team is focused on being a High Performing Organization. It is imperative our leadership team is in alignment with our mission, vision, and core values. I continually witness the leadership team amplify and adapt to strengthening our culture. With the leadership team in alignment, this ensures our team acts “As One”. If we did not have a strong partnership with Integreat team, I know my leadership team would lack continuity, focus, and would be dysfunctional. In early 2022, I enlisted Randy and the Integreat Leadership team for personalized coaching sessions, benefiting not only myself but also my Director Team. The individual coaching from Integreat has significantly enhanced my leadership capabilities, expanding my capacity and elevating the potential of my business. Integreat also provides coaching for my entire Director team, witnessing their transformation into critical thinkers and effective problem solvers over the past couple of years.
